Weekly Shopping Trip 7/7

Here is my weekly shopping trip. I am really trying hard not to do too much shopping this month. I did stock up on quite a few things though tonight. I had some coupons that were about to expire and I wanted to use them. Plus, I was able to stack some coupons at Target to get some pretty good deals.

First stop, Hy-Vee.
8 HV Apple Juice $1.48 = $11.48
20 Kool Aid Packets $.10 = $2.00
2 Generic Sugar 4 lb $2.19 = $4.38
3 separate bunches of Dole bananas 5.19 lb = $2.54
Dole Celery $.88

Total before coupons $21.76

Coupons used~
(2) $2.00 off any sugar with purchase of 10 Kool Aid packets
Hy-Vee in ad coupon for buy any 4 Dole produce get $1.00 off. It worked!

5 Market Pantry Bread marked down to $.99 = $4.95
10 Eggo Waffles $1.50 = $15.00

  1. Where did you get the $1.00 off coupon for the Eggo waffles? I have the Eggo Bake shop coupons, but I didn't think they worked on the regular waffles? Someone said they got a sheet of eggo coupons at HyVee? Where would those be?

  2. I got mine at Hy-Vee also. It has probably been 6 weeks ago. They were located at the customer service counter.

  3. So I am guessing they wouldn't still be available?? Do you have to ask for the coupons, or were they in plain sight?

  4. I don't think they would still be available. They were in plain site, right next to the register at the service counter. It wouldn't hurt to look next time you are there though.
