Garden Harvest

Here is what I harvested yesterday morning. My green pepper plants are going crazy. I have 3 times this many coming onto the plant. I will be freezing a bunch of these to use in chili and spaghetti sauce this winter, as well as making a couple batches of stuffed peppers to freeze for future meals.I love being able to grow my own food!

    I am completely jealous of your peppers! Mine didn't do anything this year! However, I am still getting a few handfuls of strawberries every few days, but I look for that to end soon.

    Yeah, I agree. Our green peppers have gone crazy too. I have frozen about 1/2 a quart. Not a ton, but still nice to know we grew them.
