Here is what is on the menu for the week.Monday...Last day of vacation. Grilled steak, bread, lettuce salad and steamed peas (from the garden) peaches
Tuesday...Tacos
Wednesday...Oven roasted chicken, mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives, corn, dinner rolls and pears.
Thursday...Grilled hamburgers, sweet potato fries, lettuce salad, fruit.
Friday...leftovers

I am so jealous that you are eating peas from your garden already! I planted mine too late. I hope it doesn't get too hot for them and that they still produce nicely for me. They're looking great!
ReplyDeleteMine are starting to worry me a bit. The bottoms are starting to turn yellow, which is the same problem I had last year. Last year the bottoms turned yellow and then moved upwards eventually killing the plants. Hope to get a few more picked before this happens.
