It is the last full week of January and the last full week of the 31 Days of Nothing Challenge. We are still sitting pretty well on food in our pantry and freezers. Here is our menu for this week.
Monday...Fried fish, corn, blueberry muffins and pears.
Tuesday..Japanese chicken salad and apples.
Wednesday...Pancakes, bacon, pears.
Thursday...Grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, carrot sticks and peaches.
Friday... .Orange chicken from the freezer, rice, salad and pineapple.
