Menu Plan Monday

Now that we can buy groceries again and I can broaden our meal planning! I am still going to stick with planning my meals based on what I have in my freezer and stock pile. Here is this weeks plan.

*Monday..Dinner out! Celebrating our 30 Days accomplishment.
*Wednesday..Porkchops, corn, fruit
*Thursday..Hamburgers, fries, fruit
*Friday..Steak, bread, broccoli, fruit
*Saturday..Chicken hindquarters, green beans, fruit

  1. TAco Tauesday! We always do a taco tuesday, or taco pie, or enchilada, or tamales, etc. Having one stir fry and one "mexican" and one pizza night per week totally frees my mind up. We have weeks that don't follow this pattern, but it's nice as a back up when I don't have brain cells to spare.
