  2. Thank you for all your good deals. I just found your blog by typing in Fareway Deals. It's usually tough to find someone with Fareway Deals. Now I see some Walgreen's Deals and am wondering if it's worth it if I live 35 minutes away from a Walgreens to go once or twice a month. Will I save more than I pay in gas? How do RR work and when do they expire? Do you mind helping a newbie?
    Thanks!

  3. Hi Sarah. Welcome!

RR are Register Rewards. They are coupons that print off after you have paid for your order at Walgreens. They are good on you next purchase. They usually have an expiration date of 2 weeks. That is the only drawback for me. But usually you can find something at Walgreens each week that is a good deal.

As far as driving 35 minutes to cash in on some deals, that is up to you. If it is really something you think is at rock bottom prices and you are saving tons of money I would say go for it. If it is only a couple bucks worth of savings I wouldn't bother but that is just my own opinion! Now, 2 weeks ago when Target had their $2 Sutton and Dodge coupons and I was getting steak for $.35 each I would have driven 35 minutes in a heartbeat to stock up!
