Last week was awesome. We ate dinner at home every night. It felt good to do that again. I love menu planning. It gets me organized and I don't have to stress about what is for dinner each night. Here is what's on for this week.
Monday...Smoked beef brisket, green beans, apples.
Tuesday...Spaghetti and leftover brisket, salad, peaches.
Wednesday...Chicken Pad Tai for Will and I, chicken breast for the boys, Knorr pasta side, corn.
Thursday...Hamburgers, oven fries, carrots, mandarin oranges.
Friday...Steak, baked potatoes, grilled bread, broccoli.
