Dough Ingredients:
1 cup plus 2 Tbs warm milk
3 Tbs oil
1 egg and 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups flour (I use bread flour)
1 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast
Filling Ingredients:
2 Tbs butter
2/3 cup brown sugar mixed with 1 Tbs cinnamon
Icing Ingredients:
1 tsp milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
1. Place all dough ingredients into bread pan according to your bread machines directions (usually all wet first) and place on dough cycle.
3. Spread 2 Tbs of melted butter over the entire surface and then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top.
6. Spread icing on as soon as rolls come out of the oven.
