I am phasing out all of my store bought cleaners and switching to homemade green cleaners. I am loving my all-purpose cleaner. Above is my window and mirror cleaner. The recipe is simple.
Add 1/4 cup vinegar to a spray bottle and fill the rest of the bottle up with water. That's it!
I use a clean cloth to wipe the windows. You could also use waded up newspaper.

I have been thinking of posting about this exact thing since you started this blog hop! Weird. Crumpled up newspaper is awesome for cleaning windows and mirrors with vinegar.
ReplyDeleteHomemade cleaners are so much more frugal and work just as well as store bought. Plus it eliminates waste, since you can keep refilling the same spray bottle.
ReplyDeleteVinegar is also a great deotorizer. I have been making this for years now. My kids do not like the vinegar smell, but it only sticks around for a few minutes, then is gone. You can also add a little to the wash for an all natural laundry softener. Smell is gone after the load is done.
