Menu Plan Monday

Here is what is on our menu for the week. We have a crazy week with 2 track meets and a baseball practice all falling during dinner time. Trying to come up with some ideas to have some easy on the go meals.

Monday...Track meet. Beef sticks, string cheese, bananas.
Tuesday...Oven cooked ham, corn, lettuce salad, dinner rolls and peaches.
Wednesday...Baseball practice. Homemade pizza.
Thursday...Track meet. Ham sandwiches, tortilla chips, apples.
Friday...Steak, baked potatoes, lettuce salad, grilled bread.

Hopefully we can stick with the plan and not have to buy dinner at the track fields. The kids always want to have a snack there and it gets so expensive. The most important thing I need to remember is to BRING DRINKS! Drinks are ridiculously expensive!

  1. And you can always bring popcorn that you have made at home as it will seem like a treat also.
