It is back to school week. Can't believe summer break is over. We had a busy week and weekend of harvesting and preserving produce from our garden. I am planning on incorporating alot of that into our meals this week.
Monday...Grilled hamburgers, sauteed zucchini, sliced potatoes, onions and butter placed in foil packets on the grill, pears
Tueday...BLT's and pineapple
Thursday...Pancakes, bacon and apples
Friday...First football game! Loose meat sandwiches, corn chips and carrot sticks
