Thank you to everyone who offered up gluten free recipes and ideas last week. Our first week of gluten free meals went pretty well. I am feeling a little less overwhelmed, so thank you. Here is what is on this weeks menu.
Monday...Kids will finish up meatballs, hubby, #3 son, and I will have turkey, cauliflower, and peaches.
Tuesday...Grilled kabobs with beef, onions and bell peppers, white rice, carrot sticks and pineapple.
Wednesday...Vegetable beef soup, french bread and apples.
Thursday...Tacos, tortilla chips and fruit.
