It's the start of a new week. This is a busy week for us with running around every evening. I cooked up some chicken breasts over the weekend for the hubby for lunches and I overcooked them so you will see chicken incorporated into my meals below. Don't want to see them go to waste.
Here is what I have planned for dinners.
Monday...Homemade chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls and mixed fruit.
Tuesday...Pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches, peas, mixed fruit.
Wednesday...Homemade pizza, greenbeans, pineapple.
Thursday...Chicken quesidillas or nachos, mandarin oranges, corn.
Friday...Leftovers, clean out the fridge.
