Menu planning is a little tricky this week. The hubby and I are still doing our 2 week detox diet. So I am trying to incorporate some of the same foods that we are eating into dinner for my kids. Here is what is on the dinner table this week.
Monday-Baked Tilapia, brown rice, asparagus. Kids-Spaghetti with homemade spaghetti sauce, green beans, garlic cheese bread, peaches.
Tuesday-Chicken breast, brown rice, asparagus. Kids-Chicken quesadillas, corn, pears.
Wednesday-Baked Mahi Mahi, brown rice, broccoli. Kids-Beef hotdogs, broccoli, peaches.
Thursday-Baked chicken legs, brown rice, sauteed zucchini and squash. Kids-Chicken legs, corn, lettuce salad, applesauce.
Friday-Baked Tilapia, brown rice, sauteed broccoli with garlic and EVOO. Kids-Clean out the fridge, leftovers.
