It has taken me all day but I have finally come up with a menu plan for the week. We have an extremely busy week. We have events going on almost every night. Here is what I have planned for dinners.
Monday...Pulled pork sandwiches, lettuce salad, bananas and strawberries from the garden (the first of the season!)
Tuesday...Grilled pork chops, lettuce salad, corn, peaches.
Wednesday...Pulled pork sandwiches, broccoli, apples.
Thursday...Marinated chicken breast, rice, green beans, fruit.
Friday...Steak on the grill, brussel sprouts, broccoli, fruit.
