This is the first full week of summer break! Here is what is on my menu for the week.
Monday-Grill out at friends house. Making a pan of rice krispies to share.
Tuesday-Japanese Chicken Salad, mandarin oranges.
Wednesday-Fish, salad greens from the garden, corn bread and peaches.
Thursday-Chicken quesidilla's, salad greens from the garden, watermelon.
Friday-Clean out the fridge, leftovers.
