Here is what I have planned for dinners this week. On a side note, last night I made drop biscuits-so much easier than rolling out the dough and using a cutter. I will be sharing the recipe with you soon.
Monday...Beef fajitas, peaches, spinach salad.
Tuesday...Chicken quesidillas or chicken nachos, pineapple, lettuce salad.
Wednesday...Pancakes, eggs, oranges.
Thursday...Taco pie, pears.
Friday...Spaghetti, garlic breadsticks, lettuce salad.
